This 200 lb. ft. direct drive electromagnetic clutch is a good choice when you want horse-power to drive a pump. Install this PTO electric clutch on a commercial fishing boat to control your fishing hauler, winch, bow thruster and more. It is also used for agricultural and snow removal equipment.

Important Installation Step:
Clutches require a short burnishing period to generate the rated torque. To burnish, install the clutch and run at 1000 to 1200 RPM. Cycle on/off at the rate of 5 seconds on - 5 seconds off for a total of 25 cycles.
Drive flange bolt pattern and pilot diameter on clutch are dimensional to correlate with ""Spicer"" type 1280-1310 series drive shaft flange connections.
Proper drive shaft selection is important. Consult with drive shaft manufacturers specifications for each specific application requirement. Driveshaft alignment must be within 3 degrees. A Driveshaft Alignment Tool is available for this purpose (sold separately).
