Hydraulic Control Valve with rotary action spool is metered so that the speed in either direction can be controlled from a crawl to full speed. Perfect for operating winches, cylinders, reels, pot haulers and more. Features a stainless steel spool and a built-in adjustable ball spring relief valve.
