This Pitts electro-magnetic Clutch is dependable, easy to install and easy to maintain.

- For Pump Shaft Size: "C" 1-1/4 with 5/16 inch Keyway
Mounting Bracket 13256 recommended for new installations and when a bracket is needed when replacing a clutch (sold separately).

Drive flange bolt pattern and pilot diameter on clutch are dimensional to correlate with ""Spicer"" type 1350 - 1410 series drive shaft flange connections.
Proper drive shaft selection is important. Consult with drive shaft manufacturers specifications for each specific application requirement. Drive shaft alignment must be within 3 degrees.
Important Installation Step: Clutches require a short burnishing period to generate the rate torque. To burnish, install the clutch and run at 1000 to 1290 RPM. Cycle on/off at the rate of 5 seconds on - 5 seconds off for a total of 25 cycles.
